Meet Debbie

Debbie Hauser is currently a Doctor of Natural Medicine, working on her Ph.D. Research. Debbie holds two (2) Master's Degree in Integrated Health, and is a board-certified Health Practitioner.

She has multiple certifications in; Ayurvedic Nutrition, Yoga, Life Coaching, Hypnosis, Reiki, NLP, Various Meditation, Digital Biofeedback, Quantum Healing, EFT and TFT Tapping, Mindfulness, and much more.

Her focus is Mind-Body medicine, centered on natural approaches to healing the effects of anxiety and stress, using the core principles of Ayurveda as a foundation to treatment.

A typical session with Debbie will be exploring your personal needs to improve your quality of life. Your session may include the following: learning about your Ayurvedic constitution and finding and treating imbalances and your body and mind through the following methods: specific contemplations, mindfulness, goal setting, and planning, breath work, neuro-linguistic programming, Reiki, yoga, yoga Nidra, nutritional and supplements changes and more.

Hi, I'm Debbie, the owner of Pure Symmetry Wellness. I know firsthand how difficult life can be when you suffer from anxiety, low self-esteem, poor health, and/or fatigue.

After years of frustration and let downs, I finally found the path to physical and emotional wellness. I spent many years in the classroom, researching independently, practicing both eastern and western philosophies/therapies, and basically, experimenting on myself until I found the way.

I take pride in taking the time to understand what each client needs to reach their goals. That’s why so many of our clients become more like family, and we continue to grow and expand year after year.
